ADD-2548 has been developed to produce rapid de-aeration of all kind of water based ink and coating formulations. It especially has been developed for rotation screen printing inks. It provides excellent bubble breaking and air release performance even at prolonged oven ageing test it maintains its performance. Can be incorporated prior to processing. If it is added subsequently, good distribution must be insured 0.5 – 1.0% on total formulation. Should be mixed thoroughly before use to ensure uniformity in application.

It is designed for use in coatings, printing inks and composite.
