Anionic wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments. Composition: Aliphatic polyether with acidic groups.

ADD-6230
Description
ADD-6230
ADD-6230 is a anionic wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments. ADD-6230 is a wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and fillers in solventbased, solvent-free and water-based systems.
The advantages are:
- Reduced grinding and dispersion time
- Increased pigment loading in the mill-base or pigment concentrate enabling to achieve VOC level below 250 g/l in highly filled solvent-based systems
- Improved gloss, levelling and flow Packaging
Specifications
Composition: Aliphatic polyether with acidic groups
Active ingredients: 100%
Density at 20 °C: 1.02 – 1.07 g/cm3
Acid value: 95 – 105 mg KOH/g
Appearance: Clear yellowish liquid, turbidity at approximately 18 °C
Storage information
Should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably at room temperature (20 °C). The haziness and solidification that can take place below 18 °C, does not affect the quality and can be reversed by heating. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the manufacturing date. Should be handled in accordance with good industrial practice. Detailed information can be found in the Safety Data Sheet.
