pigments with especially pearlescent pigments in water based systems. Its main use is to overcome colour
shifting in screen printing caused by fast evaporation and/or fast absorption of the water into the substrate. The
triple tail technology keeps the system in balance, fast movement of the pigments will be overcome and pigments
will stay in place.ADD-6540 is specially designed wetting and dispersing agent with triple tail technology for stabilisation of all kind pigments with especially pearlescent pigments in water based systems. In addition it makes the polar ingredients of universal colorants, which are used in non-polar solvent-based paints, more compatible.
This results in:- maximum color development of the colorant
- higher pigment loading
- optimum color acceptance of the colorants in the base paints
